Correct. We are an independent consultant and project manager. We do not do the work ourselves. We find and vet the right contractor for you, compare estimates, and manage the project to the finish.
We bring you our preferred contractors, a network we have already screened for licensing, insurance, track record, and reputation. You only spend time with pros who have already cleared our bar.
It depends on the project, but our cost guide gives honest, typical Long Island ranges so you can plan. The only number that really matters is the one for your home, and getting real quotes from us costs you nothing.
